Céilí Mór sa Chlós
Today we celebrated Lá Glas in our school. Bhíomar ag damsha, ag canadh agus ag éisteacht le ceol. Bhí an-spórt againn. Everyone was wearning green. The sun shone. Ms Larkin organised three Céilís out in the basketball court. The older classes were partnered up with the younger classes and have been practising the Staicín Eorna and Baillaí Luimnigh for weeks. Many students danced and played musical instruments. Ms Larkin danced. Classes sang. See the Gallery for more pictures.

Ms Basquel's First Class Writing
Please read Ms Basquel's First Class Recount Writing on their Sponsored Walk in the School Walk Gallery. Such beautiful handwriting and pictures.
Science Week
Our school had great fun celebrating Science Week... Mr Fallon's Class made a Diet Coke experiment and made lava lamps.
Our School Walk
On Tuesday 5th October all our classes went on a sponsored walk. Junior Infants to Fourth Class went to Marlay Park. All the Fifth and Sixth Classes climbed up Three Rock. A lovely day had by all. Thanks to the Parents' Association for helping our younger children cross the road and supplying the muffins and apples. Thanks to Ms Hayes for liaising with the PA and co-ordinating the event in school. Our Annual School Walk is an important fundraiser for our school. Children can return their sponsor cards to their class teachers.
