To celebrate World Book Day and share their favourite book, our readers dressed up as their favourite character for a day of fun reading.

For the first time in two years, the whole school gathered in the Junior Yard.  A parade of characters filled the yard - Harry Potters, Spidermen, Wimpy Kids and so many more.

The excitement was phenomenal.

Our children are fantastic readers.  There is a special magic in the classroom at DEAR time, "Drop Everything And Read", when children take out their novels and read for 15-20 minutes.  A great way to get hooked on books.
